Absolutely phenomenal service. The entire process was professional to a degree that you feel when you are shopping in couture stores. Yossi and his staff all introduced themselves, I felt comfortable, respected, and the offer was beyond what I even expected to receive. Tip: go to the elevator inside and go to the 5th floor!

I brought a diamond ring into Benadato Trading Co. about a month ago, after the company was recommended to me by an appraiser who had valued my ring and I had expressed interest in selling it. He said they would be very fair in the price they would buy it from me. Well, not only were they fair, but Yossi, the owner, and Jamie, Yossi's right hand lady were friendly, efficient during the sale and purchase, and very good at making me feel at home and at ease during my time there. I had taken my ring to another jeweler, before going to see Yossi and Jamie, who offered me much less, and a retail shop in the area whose jeweler also offered me considerably less. I urge anyone looking to sell jewelry to give Benedato Trading a call and I know you will walk away happy!

He took the time to explain everything about my ring, walked me through the GIA report, and clearly explained the pros/cons, and different options available to me. What I appreciated most was how straightforward and transparent he was throughout the entire process. He showed me what my diamond could realistically sell for on the open market and negotiated fairly with me until we were able to put together a deal I felt really good about. I trusted him with my ring while it was sent to GIA for about a week, and as soon as it came back, everything was completed exactly as promised and I was paid the remaining balance. The entire process was professional, transparent, and seamless. If you’re considering selling a diamond or fine jewelry, I honestly wouldn’t waste your time taking it anywhere else. Go see Yossi. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly, honest. I never felt pressured or like they were trying to take advantage of the situation. They took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and provide information that helped me make an informed decision. I had visited several other jewelers beforehand, and unfortunately, those experiences felt very transactional. If I could give this place 0 stars I would , I wasted all day with this place really just trying to sell my gold cuban I talked to them over the phone discussed prices & made appointment right away when I came they ended up testing my chain literally cutting it open just to tell me that they’ll pay me in check I don’t want to be paid in check & wait forever for my money what’s wrong with this place. They tried to call the police on me after I got mad because they literally destroyed my chain that they won’t even pay me for . Trying to sell it now is going to be a nightmare they’re going to low ball me like it’s scrap gold .

I’ve worked with Yossi at BTC for years and have never been disappointed with a single transaction.I brought a friend of a friend in that wanted to sell her ring as she is going through a divorce. Yossi explained to her about his business and experience and then went on to explain the important factors of buying and selling diamonds. He explained to her that a proper grading is invaluable and the best way to insure a proper grade is through a GIA certification, it’s takes away the guess work and allows you to put realistic and proper numbers to a stones value especially for a buyer. She unfortunately didn’t have a certificate for it but his many years of experience allowed him to make an offer based on the quality he believed it to be and his offer was accepted. It was the best offer she had gotten and felt comfortable selling to him and they finalized the transaction as required for the purchase and she left happy with a check. She was happy and releaved. As always, smooth and above board all the way. Thanks Yossi!

I went in today to have Yossi look at a few items today. Yossi came out and greeted me kindly apologizing that he was still with the previous client, he even offered me water or coffee while I waited. When it was acknowledged that it might take a bit longer, he had his assistant finish up while he took me to another room so that I didn’t have to wait very long Past my scheduled time. Which it had only been 10 min so I’d say that he is very accommodating and considerate to all his clients. He was very knowledgeable on gems just by the setting and could point out the non valuables before he even tested them, even though he did still test them 💫. He was able to confirm a few pieces and explained how the value fluctuated in pricing depending on the type (lab created or natural) and how it correlated with the market value based on how and what was in market. He proceeded to tell me that in order to make an offer they would have to remove the larger gems that were not gold or diamonds to know what he could offer. I was hesitant as there was some items I was willing to sell (turned out not real 😭) and some I was just looking to confirm information about but didn’t want to sell. They were not pushy at all About it and proceeded to bag the genuine for me separate so I could take them home. He thanked me for allowing him the opportunity to help me understand my pieces better and then I headed out. Definitely would recommend!
